Security and Seamless Healthcare

We are committed to your safety and long-term residency in your chosen home:

• Schooner Home Health Services: Because we are licensed to provide Schooner Home Health Services throughout the community, even our most independent residents can receive a nurse’s care right in their apartment if the need arises.
• Emergency Safety: For immediate help, conveniently placed pull cords in each apartment alert staff instantly in the event of a fall or other issue. This security allows our residents to reside in their Independent Living Apartment for as long as possible.

You’re not downsizing; you’re expanding your living options! We encourage residents to make full use of our wide range of services and common areas for entertainment, relaxation, and family gatherings:
